Moving Bodies, founded in 1994, was a business created to provide exceptional Gymnastics programs and experiences for local primary school children. In 2005, current owner Rebecca Ross, took over the reins. Whilst striving to be an excellent provider of Gymnastics and School sport programs across Sydney primary schools, Rebecca's dream of opening a fitness/recreational facility, offering a range of programs for local children, became a reality in 2012. Programs encourage participation in fitness activities suitable for children through to adults all within a safe, supportive and non-competitive environment.

Moving Bodies offers KindyGym, Recreational Gymnastics, Advanced Gymnastics, Adult Gymnastics, Learn to Swim, Adult Swim, Adult Aqua and Adult Fitness Classes, Parkour Classes, Ninja Warrior Course, Softplay, Birthday Parties, Holiday Clinics.

2018 saw another expansion to the Moving Bodies brand, with the addition of a Swim School, Ninja Course and Parkour Centre. These have provided the opportunity for more unique programs to be offered for children through to adults. The new Moving Bodies Centre has become a sought after venue for birthday parties and holiday programs, putting Mt Kuring-gai on the map.
Moving Bodies aims to provide the local community and surrounding suburbs exposure to quality and unique exercise programs and in doing so, is also committed to provide local employment opportunities for both young and old.
